The Tri-Cities Business & Visitor Center was completed in the fall of 2008.  The Chamber focused an extrordinary amount of energy into securing sponsorships for the new building.  The Tri-Cities Business & Visitor Center provides a more efficient use of funds and resources and office space for the three non-profit organizations representing business & tourism in the Tri-City region (TRIDEC, Tri-Cities Visitor & Convention Bureau and the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce).

The building includes office space, work areas and conference rooms for each organization and shared areas including a large multi-purpose board room with the very latest in A/V technology, a common lobby area and outside patio area. Naming rights were available for various areas in the building, providing businesses the opportunity to partner with TRIDEC, Tri-Cities Visitor & Convention Bureau and the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce, while in return, receiving local, regional and statewide exposure. Sponsorships allowed TRIDEC, Tri-Cities Visitor & Convention Bureau and the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce to build offices and supporting spaces cost effectively and provide the community a business hub in a centralized location.
