Advertising Space Available in the 2011 Membership Directory & Relocation Guide

The 2011 Membership Directory & Relocation Guide is a complete Business Directory that will be distributed to each current Chamber member.  This publication is made available to new residents, prospective businesses and visitors.  This professional, high quality book will be supported solely by advertising revenues.

Features of the publication include:
The EDITORIAL SECTION is a full-color guide to the economic and cultural benefits of the Tri-Cities region, promoting it as a great place to live, visit and conduct profitable business.

The BUSINESS DIRECTORY is an alphabetical and catagorical directory listing of all members and primary contacts.

The RELOCATION GUIDE is an overview of the Tri-City region, which includes demographical information.  This publication is distributed by realtors, hotels, and large employers in our area.

2011 Sponsorship Opportunities - Your Investment in Action

The Chamber offers members hundreds of opportunities to increase their visibility to chamber members and to the community.  The following outlines the major sposnorship opportunties for 2011.  Our larger events: Cool Desert Nights, River of Fire Festival, Golf Classic and Open for Business Expo may have additional opportunties not listed.   We will also work with businesses to create additional opportunites.  For more information, contact Kim Richards at (509) 736-0510 or email kim.richards@tricityregionalchamber.com.

2011 Network Tri-Cities Membership Luncheons

  • When:  Fourth Wednesday of each month, excluding December
  • Attendance:  250-300 people
  • Target audience:  Chamber members and general public
  • Sponsorship Levels:  $400-$750 - sponsorship includes the opportunity for microphone time and to provide promotional materials.
  • The Chamber organizes monthly Network Tri-Cities membership luncheons featuring speakers and topics on a wide range of regional issues.  Network Tri-Cities membership luncheons provide members with an opportunity to network and stay informed.
  • Member Connection tables are available for you to showcase your business and product at our lunches.  Set near registration, you will have the advantage of meeting key decision makers that attend the luncheons as our lunches draw a captivated audience wishing to be connected to key local issues.  Member Connection tables are available for $125 per lunceon and must be booked in advance.  For more information please call Kim Richards at (509)736-0510 or email kim.richards@tricityregionalchamber.com.

2011 New Member Receptions

  • When:  Three times per year
  • Attendance goal:  Approximately 100 people
  • Target audience:  New Chamber members, Chamber ambassadors and board members
    Sponsor Level:  $500
  • Held three times per year, these receptions provide new members with opportunities to network and meet ambassadors, board members, staff and fellow new members in a low key, fun atmosphere.

2011 Rainmaker's Breakfast

  • Attendance goal:  Approximately 120 people
  • Target audience:  all Chamber members
  • Sponsor Level:  $500
  • It's not WHAT you know, it's WHO you know.  The Rainmaker's Breakfast is a must for salespeople, business owners and anyone wishing to expand their business contacts.  This forum offers the opportunity to make a substantial amount of contacts in a short amount of time.

2011 Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon - March 30, 2011

  • Previous Major Sponsors:  Washington River Protection Solutions, KGH, Kadlec
  • Sponsorship levels:  $5,000, $2,500, and $1,000
  • In 2010, 400 local business leaders and top level executives attended the Annual Dinner. This is an elegant evening affair that celebrates the successes of the Tri-City Regional Chamber.  Social hour proceeds the dinner.  Sponsors have access to the VIP room with drinks, hors d'oeuvres and an opportunity to mingle with the speaker.  A sit down dinner is served during the program, followed by the keynote speaker.  Sponsors are exposed to a large audience, specifically targeted at business owners, leaders and top level executives.

2011 Open for Business Expo - October 26, 2011

  • Sponsor Levels:  $5,000, $1,000
  • Previous sponsors:  Benton PUD, EnergySolutions, Fluor, Washington Closure Hanford, Numerica Credit Union
  • This is a major trade show with a mix of table top and large corporarte displays.  Attendees get an opportunity to mingle with exhibitors ranging from major Hanford related contractors to realtors, local financial institutions, restaurants, and many other businesses.  This business-to-business expo promotes our motto:  "It's good business to do business with other Chamber members."

2011 Tri-City Regional Chamber 20th Annual Golf Classic - September 12, 2011

  • Location:  Meadow Springs Country Club
  • Attendance Goal:  200 golfers
  • Target Audience:  Business owners and golf enthusiasts
  • Sponsor Levels:  $300-$7,500
  • Held annually, the golf tournament is an event that not only helps to raise funds to support the Chamber’s valuable services and programs but also provides another venue for networking enjoyed in an outstanding environment of natural beauty and sunshine. 

2011 Chamber Newsletter
This is a publication that goes out to over 1600 business leaders each month.  If you purchase inserts you must supply 1600 copies of the insert by the 15th of the month prior to the month of distribution.  Ads are available on a month by month basis or by annual contract.  Non-profit rates are available for inserts.

  • $150/month - large ad (2.5" x 7.75")

Newsletter Inserts

eCommerce Sponsor - $200/month
This is a monthly sponsorship in which your business logo will appear in the Chamber’s Electronic Newsletter as the sponsor of this weekly e-mail update.  This update is delivered to over 1600 regional and community business leaders.

eCommerce Update
Through e-mail, the Chamber sends out weekly news updates and upcoming event information to all of its members.  To add your email address to our distribution list, email info@tricityregionalchamber.com or call 736-0510.

Member-2-Member e-blasts
The Member-2-Member e-blast is a weekly e-mail sent byt the Chamber to over 1500 decision makers in the community. Use this e-blast to drive awareness of your products, services and events.  Promoting your business with this interactive form of communication will provide a dynamic, efficient, and cost effective advertising strategy to improve your bottom line.  Save postage, paper and time with a more personal and efficient form of online marketing.  The cost is $50 per e-blast, which includes 100 words of text, your logo and one link.  The Chamber will include no more than nine members per e-blast.  Reservations and placement are made on a first come, first served basis.  For more information and the Member-2-Member e-blast Contract, click here or email info@tricityregionalchamber.com.

Business After Hours
With the growth our community continues to experience, the chamber offers our members the opportunity to visit our existing and new business members at their locations.  For $200 one business each month will have the opportunity to showcase their goods and services to all chamber members.  Promoted through our Newsletter, eCommerce and website this is a great way to showcase who you are to our 1300 plus business members.

Business Development University
The Chamber understands the importance small business represent in the region’s economy. That’s why we have developed an educational program designed to help local businesses acquire additional skills and tools necessary to compete in our ever-changing economy.  To register for an upcoming Business Development University please contact the chamber (509) 736-0510.  For a list of all 2011 Business Development University courses click here.  

As with any not-for-profit organization, revenue must be generated to carry out our mission.  The Tri-City Regional Chamber, while no different, has a bold, varied and far-reaching mission that impacts the Tri-Cities region and member businesses to specifically enhance the economic health and well-being of the community.
