The 2011 Membership Directory & Relocation Guide is a complete Business Directory that will be distributed to each current Chamber member. This publication is made available to new residents, prospective businesses and visitors. This professional, high quality book will be supported solely by advertising revenues.

The EDITORIAL SECTION is a full-color guide to the
economic and cultural benefits of the Tri-Cities region, promoting
it as a great place to live, visit and conduct profitable
business.
The BUSINESS DIRECTORY is an alphabetical and catagorical directory listing of all members and primary contacts.
The RELOCATION GUIDE is an overview of the Tri-City region, which includes demographical information. This publication is distributed by realtors, hotels, and large employers in our area.

The Chamber offers members

2011 Network Tri-Cities Membership Luncheons

Sponsorship Levels: $400-$750 - sponsorship includes the opportunity for microphone time and to provide promotional materials.

The Chamber organizes monthly Network Tri-Cities membership luncheons featuring speakers and topics on a wide range of regional issues. Network Tri-Cities membership luncheons provide members with an opportunity to network and stay informed.

Member Connection tables are available for you to showcase your business and product at our lunches. Set near registration, you will have the advantage of meeting key decision makers that attend the luncheons as our lunches draw a captivated audience wishing to be connected to key local issues. Member Connection tables are available for $125 per lunceon and must be booked in advance. In 2010, 400 local business leaders and top level executives attended the Annual Dinner. This is an elegant evening affair that celebrates the successes of the Tri-City Regional Chamber. Social hour proceeds the dinner. Sponsors have access to the VIP room with drinks, hors d'oeuvres and an opportunity to mingle with the speaker. A sit down dinner is served during the program, followed by the keynote speaker. Sponsors are exposed to a large audience, specifically targeted at business owners, leaders and top level executives.

to over 1600 business leaders each month. If you purchase
inserts you must supply 1600 copies of the insert by the 15th
of the month prior to the month of distribution. Ads are
available on a month by month basis or by annual contract.

Through e-mail, the Chamber sends out weekly
news updates and upcoming event information to all of its

Member-2-Member
e-blasts
The Member-2-Member e-blast is a weekly e-mail sent
byt the Chamber to over 1500 decision makers in the
community. Use this e-blast to drive awareness of your
products, services and events. Promoting your business with
this interactive form of communication will provide a dynamic,
efficient, and cost effective advertising strategy to improve your
bottom line. Save postage, paper and time with a more
personal and efficient form of online marketing. The cost is
$50 per e-blast, which includes 100 words of text, your logo and
one link. The Chamber will include no more than nine members
per e-blast. Reservations and placement are made on a first

Hours
With the growth our community continues to
experience, the chamber offers our members the opportunity to visit
our existing and new business members at their locations. For
$200 one business each month will have the opportunity to showcase
their goods and services to all chamber members. Promoted
through our Newsletter, eCommerce and website this is a great way
to showcase who you are to our 1300 plus business members.

Development University
The Chamber understands the importance small business represent in
the region’s economy. That’s why we have developed an
educational program designed to help local businesses acquire
additional skills and tools necessary to compete in our
