Certificate of Origin and Notary Services
With new legislation requiring more businesses to provide certificates of origin when shipping goods, the Chamber is happy to provide this service free of charge to members only. Stop by our office any time and staff will be glad to help you. In addition, we also provide free notary public services to our members.

Annual Membership Directory
Classified listing of all Chamber members.  Includes alphabetical listing and categorical listing of all members.  Many members use the directory before using the yellow pages! 

Commerce Report Newsletter
Monthly newsletter is mailed to over 1,550 business leaders. New members receive a free 50-word article featuring their business. 

Newsletter Inserts
Unique opportunity to advertise directly to Chamber members with a newsletter insert.  The cost is $300 for 1,550 inserts.  Space is limited, reservations are necessary!  Download the Newsletter Insert Contract.  To schedule your newsletter insert, email valerie.taylor@tricityregionalchamber.com or call 736-0510.

eCommerce Update
Through e-mail, the Chamber sends out weekly news updates and upcoming event information.  Your new member article will appear in one of these Commerce Updates.  Members also have the opportunity to place an e-Insert in the weekly eCommerce Update for just $100 per week.  This is a cost effective way to market your company to over 1500 business professionals on our distribution list.  Download the eInsert Contract.  To schedule your eInsert or to add your email address to our distribution list, email valerie.taylor@tricityregionalchamber.com or call 736-0510.

Member-2-Member e-blasts
The Member-2-Member e-blast is a weekly e-mail sent byt the Chamber to over 1500 decision makers in the community. Use this e-blast to drive awareness of your products, services and events.  Promoting your business with this interactive form of communication will provide a dynamic, efficient, and cost effective advertising strategy to improve your bottom line.  Save postage, paper and time with a more personal and efficient form of online marketing.  The cost is $50 per e-blast, which includes 100 words of text, your logo and one link.  The Chamber will include no more than nine members per e-blast.  Reservations and placement are made on a first come, first served basis.  For more information and the Member-2-Member e-blast Contract, click here or email valerie.taylor@tricityregionalchamber.com.

Referral Service
The Chamber office receives thousands of inquiries annually requesting referrals of local businesses.  The Tri-City Regional Chamber ALWAYS refers MEMBERS first!

Relocation Packages
Packages sent out monthly throughout the United States to individuals and businesses interested in relocating to the Tri-Cities area. 

Brochure/Information Display
Located in the Chamber office.  Member's brochures, pamphlets and business cards are displayed and offered free of charge to walk-in visitors.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony/New Member Reception/Speed Networking/Business After Hours
These functions offer the opportunity to network and grow your business by getting acquainted with fellow Chamber members.

Network Tri-Cities Membership Lunches
Typically held the 4th Wednesday of each month, this event features a wide variety of speakers on issues of importance to your business.  It also provides networking opportunities.

Member Discounts
Participating member businesses offer discounts to fellow Chamber members.

Membership is Tax Deductible
Membership in the Chamber is 100% deductible as a necessary business expense.

Membership Address Labels
Mailing labels of all the Chamber members are available to members only for a cost of $100. 

VIP Mailing List
Mailing list of Local, State, and Federal elected officials is available to Chamber members only for a cost of $75.
